Post: – Retail Partner (Team Leader)

Role and Responsibilities : – The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations including recruitment, training , business operation, management and team leading.

Salary : 19000(Inc. Allowance) fixed + incentives upto 45k

Recruitment Process : Interview + IRDAI Exam + OJT

IRDAI Exam Centre: NSE-IT Centre (Near your Location)

Location: This hiring is being done for Kolkata Regional Office

Office Working Days : 5 Days(Monday to Friday) 

▫ Working Time : 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

This Job is totally work from home and It’s a Fix Salary.

If get selected in interview next step will be exam of IC(Insurance Consultant). 

IRDAI(Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) exam Mandatory for this job because here start with an IC designation 

Company provides 7 days training properly + product session for exam 

For help, the company provides experienced seniors and WhatsApp groups, the IRDAI Exam app, mock series, an study material.

▪ During the training period, Trainees will receive a stipend of 60k to 1.05Lakh according to their performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately 3 months. Currently, training Session conduct via ZOOM apps

(Male) and (Female) both can apply for this.

Work Time:- (11 A.M. To 5 P.M.)(SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF)
