Freelancer Consultant Work From Home – Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for assisting with all the recruitment activities – CTC above 5 Lacs
• Scheduling interviews with candidates
• Conducting introductory calls with the candidates
• Coordinating the complete pipeline of candidates to ensure the right updates are shared with the right stakeholder – interviewers, hiring managers, candidates, third party stakeholders.
• Work on improving the process and ensure minimum slippages
• Find and engage candidates for various open roles.
• Shortlist candidates based on various criteries defined for the open roles.

Freelancer Consultant Work From Home – Requirements

• Time commitment: 3-4 hours a day
• Experience: Should have worked with at least one organization to manage their recruitment activities (Open to internships as well)
• Location: Remote
• Remuneration – Success Based Revenue Sharing (30% to 35%)
