Role & Responsibilities
Enquiry/Lead Generation
To generate enquiries and convert them in sales to achieve sales targets.
Field Visits
Meeting with potential and existing customers and Providing them transportation solution with VE products
Liaison with Financers
Support customers in vehicle financing and making good rapport with financers.
Feedback and Report
Sharing enquiries with DSM, providing feedback of hot enquiries and day to day sales activities.
Achievement of Sales Target and Pipeline
Achieving sales target provided by DSM and keeping the pipeline ready for new customers
Customer Support and Product Knowledge
Providing detailed descriptions of products to customers, doing the needed analysis and suggesting the best product to increase customer satisfaction.
Promotional Activities and Cold Calling
Execution of promotional activities in the area allocated (e.g. Loan Mela, Demo, Campaign, Customer meet etc.).
